This event was attended by numerous representatives of the Phnom Penh City Hall, first to mention the General Secretary of Phnom Penh Capital Administration, Mr. Vannak Seng.
The curator of this touring exhibition is Work Package #3 of the Build4People project “Sustainable Neighbourhoods” represented by EMP: Eble Messerschmidt Partner, Architects and Urban Designers PartGmbB.
