On 15 March 2022, our team members Dr. Michael Waibel, Build4People consortium leader, Hamburg University, Build4People Work Package team “Sustainable Neighbourhoods” from EMP, Rolf Messerschmidt, Oliver Lambrecht and the communication expert and process designer Andreas von Zadow, von Zadow International, had a very intense and insightful discussion about more connective and more inclusive urban development with Vannak Seng, Chief of Staff of Phnom Penh Capital Administration.
