Nuon Pharat, Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, and Mr. Touch Samnang, Deputy CEO of the OCIC Group. They discussed sustainable building and urban development in Cambodia, setting the stage for the upcoming Build4People Ecocity Transition Lab 2024 focusing on Norea City.
