The Build4People team is very proud of the publication of a video clip documenting the Build4People Ecocity Transition Lab 2023, a transition management approach involving multiple stakeholders over a period from 25 February till 03 March 2023.
This was the first time for Build4People to enter an innovative alliance with Borey Peng Group, which is widely recognized to be a pioneer to advocate for sustainable neighbourhood development in the whole of Cambodia.
Our Build4People team is very grateful to Prof Dr Tep Makathy, General Director of the Cambodian Institute of Urban Studies (CIUS) / Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Pannastra University of Cambodia, and to the members of the Build4People Work Package “Sustainable Urban Neighbourhoods” from EMP who led the way in managing this highly needed transition management approach. However, our biggest thanks go to the leading representatives of the Peng Huoth Group, who took the risk to involve international and national scholars, students from three local universities and representatives from the government, corporate sector as well as from civil society organizations to jointly elaborate visions to make the Borey Peng Huoth a more sustainable and more livable place.
