On 04 December 2019 members of the Build4People team met with Dr. Chem Phalla, Acting Executive Director, Dr Eng Netra, Acting Director of Research Unit and Dr Chhem Rethy, former Acting Excecutive Director of the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI), Cambodia’s leading independent development policy research think tank.
During the meeting the Build4People team and CDRI representatives discussed Build4People’s potential consultancy to transform the existing site of CDRI into a “Smart and Green Campus” with a state-of-the-art library, attractive open spaces, general disability access, office space for business incubators and office facilities bringing the different disciplines within CDRI together. In this context, the “Smart and Green Campus” may also serve as a pilot project of the Build4People Project.
